Thurs 23d Martha went to Town called to see Santa's folks found they were having a funeral one of their children had died day before. she called at Mrs Fitz's awhile then went to Clarenda's and stayed all night June 29th I went to Chicago, bought parasol. 30 we had a slight shower.
