had any ripe apples yet. I went out today to see if those had fallen which we were looking at last Sunday. The [[ ]] were still on the tree.  Mother, Bobbie, baby and I picked some peas this evening for breakfast. They are just nice now. We call wish so much that you could have had some before you went. I haven't picked any raspberries since you went. We have had 4 blackberries from our bushes. Baby, Bobbie, Father and I were the favored ones.

Sis went to Whitesboro today. She took the P.M. train. Finished ironing this morning. Tell Sarah the butter was ever so soft, but never mind, we will try to do better time.
I rec'd a very kind letter from Dr. Jones this evening in answer to the one I wrote before you went away.
