   Gen. Sheridan left me plenty of work to do.  A new Post is to be built, upon the very ground selected by me last Summer, it is the finest location for a Military Post in the United States, is situated about the center of the Kiowas, Comanche and Apache reserve.  I am having a military reservation surveyed of about eighteen square miles.
