    How are the Daviss?  My king regards to them please.  Game is very scarce, we have had some fresh meat of late, one deer, & some antelope.
    Esterly & I made a trip onto the Hill but saw none.  Maxon hopes [underline] to get up.  I expect he will when baloons come into general use, he is getting Camp into good shape.  How is Mrs. Smither.
