I have heard today of a man | I have heard today of a man answering the description of Spraff (who escaped from me) with handcuffs on, being in the Arkansas Bottom opposite here. I think I will send out a party tomorrow and search the country for him. If it is him, it has been ten days since he escaped and he has not succeeded in getting his handcuffs off. | ||

I have heard today of a man answering the description of Spraff (who escaped from me) with handcuffs on, being in the Arkansas Bottom opposite here. I think I will send out a party tomorrow and search the country for him. If it is him, it has been ten days since he escaped and he has not succeeded in getting his handcuffs off.
Write me at Paducah Ky, as I think I shall get away from here about the last of this month.
