There are so many things to figure out. Will the house empty this fall & is it livable in the winter? Dear Sherwood: You sure have got me up in the air. When I read your letter at first I thought what a grand thing it would be but how impossible. Then I started milling it around in my head and have been since yesterday until I have almost convinced myself that it is possible.
There are so many things to figure out. Will the house empty this fall & is it livable in the winter? I don't believe it would be worthwhile moving our stuff back to the city for a few months and we would be worse off financially.
