Last year I bought an old copy of Woodrow Wilson's Congressional Government. That was the first I ever read that book and I think it's a neglected document. I discussed that book with out congressman Dave Obey at a picnic last summer. He knows the book well - he's got an M.A. in political science - and he wonders how many of his collegues [sic] in Washington have even heard of the book. Dave also doubts that Reagan has ever read the Constitution of the U.S. | ||
