Wish I could get to the Conference, but I guess I better stay to home and send them my good wishes. Spring has sprung and us (my son and I) planted some rose bushes and sowed some seeds - I note some of the seeds are coming up - *gladiolae and morning glories - we await the others - sunflowers, etc. - as my son says - we must of done something right. Hope the sunflowers come up - they are the MOST of plantings - plus, the birds like them. [[written in left margin: *The gladiolas were a gift from a mail order company.]]
Have to go to Clinic for Annual check-up - this week -- hope the check-up is good -- quite a hassle to get there -- change of buses and so forth. Gad, what a life us senior citizens lead. Or don't you care? Old Grandad will see us thru.
