Oct 23 1809 Dear Sister It is so lately that we we wrote that I have no news to write we are all well and get along with our work verry well we hear of one or two wagons that is going to Gohen I expect that we can get a chance for Julia to go there if it would be best they will go in a bout ten days Hez & Strong think that Anson will come up with Martin if he does they think he will come in a carriage on the account of bringing Martin if he should Julia could go home with him but they wont come til these other folks go & what to do I now not whether to have her go in a wagon or wait for a Anson upon uncertaintys there wont be time get a letter back I wish you would save all sorts of garden seeds for us
