Dear Sister
I received your letter in five days after it was wrote I was verry glad to hear from you but was sorry to hear that Mother is so unweell I hope the next time i hear from you I shall hear she is better I was quite surprised to hear of aunt Grangers Death I did not think that uncle Granger would out live her we can't tell which of our turns will come next their is one [[foriend?]] a droping off after another it is a warning to us all to prepare for Death our family is very well their is a plenty of [[cloath?]] comes in but they are quite scant off aunt for [[unclear]] at present we expect to have a journeyman next week we have got our house & shop plastered
