Whereas Simeon Whitely has this day has executed to me a [[warrantee?]] and to the remaining undivided one half interest in the East half of the North West quarter of section Three (3) Township four (4) Range Sixty-Eight (68) West in Denver City territory of Colorado now therefore it is a part of the consideration for said deed that I shall [m?] and truly execute to Mrs. Gill wife of A. J. Gill of Denver a quit claim deed to such part of said premises as has been reserved for her from the ten (10) acres heretofore allotted to Moses Hallett and R.E. [Whitsitt] of Denver in executing to them a deed to said premises and further that I will, without unnecessary delay, sell and truly execute and deliver to said Whiteley in trust deed to the East half of Block Ten (10) in Evanston Cook County State of Illinois, (as soon as it can be sent to Denver for my wife to sign) to secure the payment of four certain promissory notes given in consideration for said premises
