I think there is some probability that Lucy and S.W. F.will make out a co partnership of it by & by. Eliab looks very healthy and Joseph is really fat more fleshy I believe than he has ever been, he takes delight in eccentricity but he is a good kind hearted boy as much so perhaps as Eliab but E is much more generally liked. Ann and Lucy say that those who (few in number) are acquainted with Joseph esteem him very highly indeed. I guess Mother don't know about "copartnership" I am sure I don't yet. Nevertheless I shall feel it my duty to take myself away from being a burden on my brethren whenever I have a good opportunity; but have not yet determined whether this is a good offer. How are you supplied with shirts, stockings etc? Do you intend to come home in May vacation or not till fall?
