I called at Capt Whipple's and Kimball's last eve-- sick ones no wonder-- Mother told me all she could think of about the cousins-- They have an unusually pleasant visit-- Little Mayo very happy- glad of company-- Picked tomatos for Father-- I did not know he was so fond of them-- We had a very fit sprinkling this A.M. George came home at night and Nichols his chum with him-- Father went over to [unclear] to exchange with Mr Damon-- We sung a little [unclear] go coat etc Nichols sister on her way to [unclear] Persia as a Missionary
