wonder at christianity- they do as it were leap for the theshhold of Heaven in the abise of woe- These are left with the Jewes to experience the ful weight of their condemnation charity would hope there are but very few of this class in this land- although there are many who assume a kind of bravado in speaking light of religion, Yet on a deathbed will whisper a very different tone- & although they may not possess the salvation of the gospel of Christ, yet they will deny any other hope, but from that quarter- Such persons do themselves infinite damage in addition to this dishonoring Christ by endeavouring to make themselves think they disbelieve- whereas they do it merely for custom sake & to live as they please with less checks of conscience- But a few moments reflection
