You know our sentiments & perhaps have heard of the troubles we have had, We assemble at the Norwich School house & for 10 years in April have been a happy band. The gospel has been faithfuly preached & the good Lord has been sown Many of the young people are very anxious to hear preaching My own anxiety has been such had it not been for the want of means, I would have come & paid my board, to have spent one Sabbath to hear preaching, Spiritualism is around us, & is doing great injury. I hope & pray that it may not enter our "little flock", I have been told by Mrs. John Davis, that all in "New Graefenberg" are Spiritualists. But I am sorry to say it, think it must be true. Those who are not, [[stamp covers text]] short time here when they come, But [[stamp]] that truth will rise & error & delusion be [[stamp]] We need the prayers of Christian friends [stamp]] keep us from falling into its fatal [[stamp]] is a consolation in knowing th[stamp]] "Lord" reign's. "Le the earth [[rejoice?]] If it were not for the "Bible" what comfort could we have in this trying time, I must write a few lines to your sister Mary "as I directed my [[unclear]] to her, Do come & see me this summer as I expect to be the home girl, Please give my love to your sisters I should like much to see them all, & your parents too, It would be welcomed by all of us. Dear friend Mary, Perhaps you have wondered my not answering the reseption of the paper you sent, it came at the right time,, One reason why I sent for a 'Welsh paper" was on Mothers" account, The war "news was so trying to her there that it would make her sick to read it, & I thought something she could not exactly understand would | |||

The Welsh here are tried as well as we with Spiritualism. |
