Dear Sisters,
  Here we are at the dear old house again. We came Friday afternoon on the 1.3 U train, J E came for the horse but as R was busy with the grain he did not come for us till near night. We had a pleasent time waiting. We called at Mary Ann's and at Hugh Thomas, and came up  to Gwen's to tea. Carroll is with us. He was taken with a fainting spell Tues. evening. He fainted again the next morning as he was coming in from the Spring. In the evening he fainted again and as he came to he was taken with hemorrhge of the stomach. He vomited a large quantity of
