Sarah has not seemed able to get her thoughts upon one - nor have any of us. Your letter made us think more about it but we have done nothing. Onie was in Utica last week and he said the monument would probably be finished the last of this week or the first of next. I do not know as we can do anything now Those lines you wrote are I fear too long.
  Cousin Ella made us a wee bit of a visit. She went up to Boonville yesterday on the noon train - left a note in Remsen for us to meet
