My dear Uncle,
My dear Uncle,
I have wished for some time to write to you but have been so busy I have been too tired to write at night, but I received yr very kind letter a few days since & tho' I have been at the [[2 unclear words]] at work all day I intend to try & write to night tho' I may be inflicting a very dull epistle upon you. Bob told me you had some money to lend & he offered to lend to me on a mortgage, but after words said you objected to lending me as you said when the interest was due it must be paid or the money had to be made
