Towards the river of Saint Johns this man spoke verey good english. and told me the neutrel french was verey much affraid of up english. and expected they would come upon them and cut them off and asked me my opinion of that affair &c. I told him there was no [[cut word]] of danger of their mollesting of them is the least. In cave they behaved themselves in a proper manner and did not assist
