     This noon I receive a note from Rev. Mr. Buttler, a request &c & to go and by some paper for Cenhadur cover. I immeadiately went over to New York and got it at Champbell Hall &so it is the sise and verry near the colour I bought two reams and sent it with the express I hope it will come safe and in time, the price as you see as [[unclear]] ws $7 a ream, th check was 1575/oo so I have in hand of that 1.75 also I have a dollar Jennie sent to pay for daily Tribune also a balance afore of /35 so I have in hand three dollars an ten cents I asked them at the Tribune office to send you the paper for two months or the worth of one dollar. They said that the did not send it for less than four months so I did not take it what shall I do with I pay for the four months &c
