Through some unaccountable neglect or forgetfulness I omitted to hand you the enclosed deed, discovered the mistake in neglect this morning - it is not strange however as I had so many things to think of. I believe it was the only thing I forgot - the assignment to you Joseph Wheelington has unless he has given it you.
