Primus Sapientiæ gradus est falsa intelligere. LACTANTIUS 6. The 6. Herbe is Anisum which is of Chastity Joyne it with Camphora and thou shalt see that Spirits shall dread thee. It is a cleane herb, and maketh one to see secrete things The fume therof offendeth much.

7 The 7. is Coriandrum. This withholdeth the Spiritiz of a man much with the other It maketh a man also full of sleep. It gathereth the Spiritts much together, and is therefore said to be Herba Spirituum. /
