The rout they are looking at now is East of uncle Jo, across the Rabbit farm and Kimball/ Whitney's & Uncle Conants, but there will be a great strife about where it shall go Greenfield folk, say it shall go through that town or not at all. I am now at Maj. Gates Eben Bull teaches the school on the Crock George Greensbro' (grandson) is a small merchant has a store in the middle of the town. | ||

It is ridiculous for me to be so poor. Too bad for a person of my abilities! reputation! & Intrinsic worth! To teach school for $16 dolls per month. Especially as a tremendous hard school as this. | ||
