Opr reports that he started out at 9 a.m. but did not see any of the strikers and then Opr went to West side to Burns Saloon No 8 River St. in Basement. Opr says that Westling is firm (in his opinion) that "the Boys" will win the Strike and that the 1st move will be to Boycott the Merchants that ship on or [[unclear]] Freight via CB&Q. A printed circular to that effect is going to be sent out and over the C.B.&Q R.R. The Labor organizations are going to help the Brotherhood in the Boycott. Opr did not want to pump the man too much at once so dropped the subject and Opr says if you want him to pump the man he thinks he can get out all the man knows on the strength of same Nationality. Following find report of Opr. H.H.F. dated at Aurora Ills. August 4th 1888.
Opr reports that he started out at 9 a.m. but did not see any of the strikers and then Opr went to West side to Burns Saloon No 8 River St. in Basement.
