2. No need to remember Gods methods of answering prayer as recorded in His word - These are four - vis; through Angels, men, laws of nature, and directly.

3. There can be no reason in the nature of things why God should be shut up to the Apostle Age in His methods of answering prayer - Nature is the same - "Christ is the same yest " &c

4. We practically acknowledge all that is essential to the doctrine of healing by prayer when we pray for men to be regenerated. Regeneration - a miracle. God coming into immediate contact with the Soul.

5. We acknowledge the same in growing full evidence to the records of martyrdom in which God is believed to have interposed to assuage the pangs of death.

6. If there is nothing in this doctrine - why do we continually pray for the sick that they may recover.
