To the Committee + Council In pursuance of prudent certain agreement between a Committee appointed by me and John Ridge and his friends, for the purpose of uniting for the common good of the nation. I hereby recommend that the Delegation already appointed be increased by the additional number of three, and I hereby nominate John Ridge, Elias Boudinott, + Charles Vann, for that pirpose, and submit the same for your approval. I will also state, that the people of the valley Towns seem to be desirous that Jesse Bushy Head should be appointed one of the Delegates, which I also submit for your consideration and decision.John Ross.
