Dear dear Margaret I wonder if you can and will forgive my long delay I little thought when your last thrice welcome letter was received that I would allow so much time to be [[unclear]] away on the wings of time, before commencing a reply - No indeed I planned to repy immediately. but somehow I dont get things done as I used to, or as I plan too. I used to be, I could hurry around, and get my work done, and have time to write but of late I dont seem to have any leisure. My time is all consumed in the little bit of work I have to do, and yet it is quite a bit too, for an old [[unclear]] past 80 years old.
