lost to creation of MORGAN, and lost islands in Great Salt Lake
that were attached to GREAT SALT LAKE (now SALT LAKE) "for
election, revenue and judicial purposes." DESERT (Utah
Territory) lost all territory to BOX ELDER and TOOELE; DESERT
eliminated, ending its attachment to WEBER.
